ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ The North Dakota Highway Patrol reports a rise in traffic accidents as extreme cold worsens driving conditions in Moorhead; drivers are urged to slow down because frost cracking on trees can cause loud noises (though trees will not literally explode). KVRR
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Today, Cass and Clay County Public Health hosted an exercise at the Family Service Center that simulated eight overdoses in 48 hours (to prepare for potential spikes) and 26 participants from police, fire and social services attended, with officials planning to develop a community response guide. Frostglow: Winter Aerial Showcase | January 23 & 25
A family friendly event featuring aerial performances by both adults and youth. Located at FMCT inside of the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead, donation only- all donations will go towards growing the FM Aerial community: accessible classes, inviting guest instructors, and future event planning.
