- ➤ A federal jury convicted Moorhead residents Alberto Lopez, Jr. (58) and Terri Weideman (46) for conspiring to possess meth with intent to distribute after law enforcement searched a suspicious package from North Dakota and seized 12 pounds of meth. KVRR
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Hector International Airport is expanding with nearly $200 million to add 73,000 square feet and four terminals as Senator John Hoeven toured the work and supports a $31 million federal allocation; the project will finish by the first quarter of 2027—passengers will gain access to a new parking ramp with 972 spaces starting in August. - ➤ Minnesota Vikings Head Coach Kevin O’Connell will take part in the Roger Maris All-Star Week in Fargo, which will be held June 16-20 and includes the Roger Maris Celebrity Golf Tournament+ Former Vikings linebacker Chad Greenway and sports broadcaster Marney Gellner will also appear to support the Sanford Roger Maris Cancer Center.
