CRIME NEWS
- ➤ The BCA identified 42-year-old Nathan Heiberg and 41-year-old Lucas Heiberg as victims and Fargo Police officers Michael Anderson, Kyle Seehusen and Tyler Seehusen—members of the Red River Valley SWAT—as involved in an officer-involved shooting in Moorhead on August 11 after police responded to a domestic assault call at an apartment on Third Avenue North just after 8:45 when a gun was fired during the entry, exchanged shots ensued, Lucas died at the scene, Nathan died at a hospital, and the woman and two children inside were unharmed, while the BCA said it would not recommend charges against the officers.
